Royal Palms Motel & RV Park Policies & Agreement
1. Payment Policies:
- All payments are non-cancellable and non-refundable once the reservation is made. This applies to only Motel.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking, and a $50 incidental fee is charged at the time of check-in.
2. Duration of Stay:
- Reservations are for a daily/weekly/monthly period. No refunds for cancellations under any circumstances, including same-day cancellations, no-shows, or early departures.
3. Maximum Length of Stay (RV Park):
- The maximum length of stay for guests at the RV Park is 3 months (90 days).
- After 3 months, the guest must check out and may renew the contract upon availability.
- Renewal requests should be made at least 7 days prior to the end of the current stay. Renewal is subject to site availability and management approval.
4. Occupancy Limits:
- Motel: Occupancy limits for the room must be adhered to. No additional guests or visitors are allowed.
- RV Park: Only one RV and one vehicle are permitted per site. Unauthorized parking or exceeding occupancy limits may result in removal without a refund.
5. Housekeeping and Maintenance Services:
- Motel: Housekeeping services are provided once a week for general cleaning. Trash removal and fresh towels are provided daily. Housekeeping is off every Wednesday.
- RV Park: Guests are responsible for maintaining their RV’s cleanliness. Maintenance requests should be promptly reported to management for Park.
6. Utilities, Amenities, and Fees:
- Motel: Utilities and amenities are included in the daily/weekly rate. Additional charges apply for excessive use.
- RV Park: Utility fees may apply for electric vehicle charging ($15 per night). Guests are responsible for any damage to RV Park property, including $500 for knocked-over light poles and $1,500 for damaged any other part of the property.
7. Pets and Smoking Policies:
- Motel: No pets are allowed. Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking rooms.
- RV Park: Pets are allowed only on the RV Park's premises.Not more than 2 pets are allowed per site.
8. Alcohol and Smoking in Common Areas:
- Smoking and alcohol are prohibited in common areas at both the Motel and RV Park.
9. Quiet Hours and Noise:
- Motel: Quiet hours apply in common areas. Disruptive behavior may result in eviction.
- RV Park: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Generators are not allowed during these hours. Noise complaints may result in removal without a refund.
10. Prostitution and Drug-Related Activities:
- Any suspicion of prostitution or drug-related activities will result in immediate eviction from both the Motel and RV Park.
11. Check-In/Check-Out:
- Motel: Check-in after 3:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability.
- RV Park: Check-in after 12:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM. Late check-outs may result in towing at the guest's expense.
12. Security and Safety:
- Both the Motel and RV Park require adherence to all security protocols. Guests are responsible for their safety and should report emergencies to the provided number. +1 504-245-4444
13. Visitors and Parking:
- Motel: No visitors allowed. Additional vehicles beyond the room's designated parking space will incur charges. No loud music, parties, barbecues, or gatherings in the parking or common areas.
- RV Park: No visitors allowed. Only one RV and one vehicle per site; parking on grass or other sites is prohibited. No loud music, parties, barbecues, or gatherings in the parking or common areas.
14. Renewal and Termination of Agreement:
- Motel: Renewal of the reservation will require adherence to the original terms and conditions.
- RV Park: Management reserves the right to terminate the reservation at any time due to policy violations.
15. Gate Exit Disclaimer:
- Both the Motel and RV Park require that guests wait until the gate is fully open before exiting. The management is not responsible for any damage caused by gate malfunction. Charges will apply for any damage caused by the guest.
16. Liability and Insurance:
- Both the Motel and RV Park are not responsible for loss due to fire, accidents, theft, or causes beyond their control.
- Guests are encouraged to carry their own insurance to cover personal property and accidents.
17. Management Rights:
- Management may conduct inspections at any time for maintenance or landscaping purposes. Management reserves the right to modify these policies and refuse service to anyone for any reason.
Guest Acknowledgment:
Making a reservation signifies acknowledgment and agreement to all stated policies. Failure to comply may result in fines, eviction, or other actions deemed necessary by management..
